Dr. Black has served as acourt-appointed neutral auditor and valuator, and has testified inFederal and State courts as an expert accountant and businessvaluation specialist. He has taught undergraduate and graduatecourses in financial accounting and financial statement analysis,accounting theory, managerial accounting, corporate governance, andinformation systems at leading universities in the United States,and with the Sinoway International EducationGroup in Shanghai, China. He co-founded the Academy for Ethics inFinancial Reporting, and served as official historian and staffsupport for the Pathways Commission addressing accounting educationin the United States.
